Hola, I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Latinx therapist with several years of experience supporting individuals, adolescents, and couples through life’s challenges. I bring a culturally responsive and trauma-informed approach to therapy, grounded in compassion, trust, and authenticity.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse communities, including those navigating anxiety, depression, identity issues, relationship stress, and life transitions. I also have a strong background in working with youth and families, offering guidance and tools to improve communication, build resilience, and strengthen connections.
Whether we’re addressing personal struggles, relational challenges, or exploring past experiences, my goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow. I draw from evidence-based practices such as CBT, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy, always tailoring my approach to meet your unique needs and values.
As a proud member of the Latinx community, I understand how important it is to feel seen and understood, especially when it comes to culture, language, and lived experience. Therapy is a powerful step toward healing and self-discovery—and I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.
